DRY TEARS

mechanical robots

dancing in the firelight

perform the sacred ritual

of the native tribes

my metal eyes weep tearlessly

the dry, empty sobs

wracking my body

my metal heart loves not

empty emotions blossoming

from my lips

in the form of lies
